I've been a practitioner of yoga since 2003 and have found great happiness as a teacher and student of yoga. I have an M.A. in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and after nearly a decade working in crisis mental health I discovered yoga to be the most well-suited medium for me to reach people and inspire positive change. My interest in yoga goes beyond the mat as I have experienced how powerful yoga is for liberating the mind. My classes are a playful balance of alignment-based flow, breath and self-exploration aimed at purifying the body and mind– in other words, creating fertile conditions to access our ‘inner-most’ Self. As a yoga guide, I hope to help students transform any mental or physical discomfort into avenues of healing.
Lindsay teaches yoga at Samyama Yoga Center in Palo Alto, California:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday for Spanda Vinyasa Flow 5:30pm-7:00pm
- Sunday for Dynamic Yin 10:30am- 12 noon
- Lindsay is also a teacher in the 300 hour Yoga Alliance Dharma Path Teacher Training Program at Samyama Yoga Center
